Biophysical Science Convention
First off, Thank You.
I greatly appreciate the opportunity to compete for your event later this month. A little about me - I've been a full-time photographer for 15 years. I spent the initial 6 years in the music industry photographing live shows for artists like Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Flo Rider among others. While I still do some work in the music industry, I've been focusing on the corporate event space for the last 8 years. I take my work very seriously and strive to be the most amazing, easy going, talented photographer you've ever worked with. My friendly, can-do attitude has led to most new clients retaining my services for future events and building relationships like this is something I take great pride in.

I will be professionally dressed to suit your event. Be it a sporting event, music festival or business conference, I will dress the part.

I carry multiple cameras, all new, top of the line Sony cameras with a variety of lenses. Additional lighting equipment may be required based on the venue and this is provided at no additional charge.

I'll deliver the final images within 48 hours of your event. Many clients request immediate delivery for specific images for press releases or social media announcements and I am happy to oblige.

Delivered images are organized by folder of where/what specific event they were taken. This keeps them orderly and makes them easy for you to locate specific items. To the right you'll find the structure delivered from a recent event. Inside each folder you will find two versions of each photo - high resolution images for print, and lower resolution images for posting online.
What you can expect

Your Proposal
As outlined in your request, on-site photography services at the San Diego Convention Center for the following dates/times:
Saturday, February 18, 2023, 2:00PM - 6:30PM
Sunday, February 19, 2023, 9:00AM - 3:30PM
Monday, February 20, 2023, 5:30PM - 9:00PM
My bid is $3,190. I'm flexible on time, if we go over up to a half hour from what's been outlined there will not be any additional charges. If we need to add additional hours (on top of the 30 minute grace time), the hourly rate is $220 per hour.
There are no additional fees. This includes all images and usage rights release. Final images will be delivered via dropbox (or other similar file sharing service) no later than close of business on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. We can make an online gallery similar to the galleries shown above if needed for no additional charge.
