- What is Live Delivery?
- A paid add-on where photos transmit wirelessly from the camera to an editor for processing and distribution as the event happens, so your social channels post professional content while sessions are still running. An uncommon service in event photography, priced per event.
- Can you cover multiple simultaneous breakouts?
- Yes. For multi-track programs I bring additional shooters so general session, breakouts and the expo floor are covered at the same time.
- Do you photograph conventions at the San Diego Convention Center?
- Regularly. I handle the EAC credentialing and COI paperwork myself and know the building's quirks, from Sails Pavilion daylight to exhibit hall color temperature.
- What is a typical conference shot list?
- Speakers on stage, wide room shots that make attendance look like the number you reported, sponsor signage, candid networking, branded moments and detail shots for next year's marketing. We refine it on the discovery call.
