Headshot station pricing

The staffed headshot station runs $2,450 for a half day and $3,950 for a full day, including instant on-site delivery and sponsor branding. Bundle it with event coverage and the combined price drops below booking the two separately. Full details on the headshot station page.

Live Delivery

The add-on few photographers can pull off: as the event is shot, frames transmit wirelessly to an editor who processes and distributes them in near real-time. If your event runs an active social feed, this is the line item that earns its keep. Priced per event; details on the Live Delivery section.

What moves the number

Hours on site matter most, then shooter count, then turnaround speed. A 200-person single-track conference is a one-photographer job. A three-track convention with an expo floor and an awards dinner is not. Tell me the run-of-show and headcount and you get an exact quote, usually the same day.

Questions, answered

How much does corporate event photography cost?
With me, $1,100 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and $1,980 for a full day (up to 9 hours), commercial license included. Industry-wide, corporate rates in Southern California typically run anywhere from $150 to $500 per hour depending on experience and deliverables.
Why do you publish prices when other photographers don't?
Because you have a budget meeting to get through and 'contact for quote' does not help you in it. The numbers are the numbers; custom work gets a custom quote, fast.
What's included in every package?
Edited, color-graded images in a private online gallery, a commercial usage license, and 48-hour delivery. Same-day social selects are included in full-day and larger bookings.
What costs extra?
Additional shooters for multi-track events, the headshot station, Live Delivery, rush same-day full galleries, and travel outside San Diego County. Each is quoted up front; nothing appears on an invoice you have not seen first.
What is Live Delivery and what does it cost?
As the event is shot, frames transmit wirelessly to an editor who processes and distributes them in near real-time, built for social teams posting in the moment. It is priced per event based on hours and volume; ask for it in your quote.
How does multi-day pricing work?
Multi-day conventions are quoted custom because they vary: number of shooters, headshot station hours, daily delivery requirements. As a rule of thumb, per-day rates come down as days go up.
Is a deposit required?
Half the booking fee holds your date, with the balance due on delivery. Corporate net-30 invoicing is available for established clients.
