Coastal cities: Oceanside to Del Mar
Oceanside has grown into a hotel and events market of its own, with beachfront properties like Mission Pacific and The Seabird sitting right at the pier and hosting corporate groups year-round. Del Mar's exhibit halls at the Del Mar Fairgrounds handle large trade and conference programs that need a photographer who can move through crowds and still deliver a clean headshot line at the door. Office headshot days run $1,195 for a half day or $1,980 for a full day, priced by the day rather than per person. A staffed headshot station is $2,450 half day or $3,950 full day and moves about 20 to 30 people per hour, which is roughly 80 to 120 people in a half day and 160 to 240 in a full one. - Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, Poway and Rancho Bernardo are all inside my normal service area. If your office or venue sits somewhere on that stretch of the county, I come to you.
- Is there a travel fee for North County jobs?
- No. North County is part of my regular San Diego service area, not an add-on zone, so the quote you get covers arrival, setup and the shoot itself. There is no separate mileage or travel line hiding on the invoice.
- What does a team headshot day in North County cost?
