Headshot day at your office, not a studio errand
I bring the studio to your San Diego office: consistent, current headshots for the whole team in one day, five minutes per person, retouched finals in 48 hours.
Why on-site beats a studio
Sending forty people to a studio one at a time produces forty slightly different headshots and a month of scheduling emails. One on-site headshot day produces a consistent set: same light, same background, same framing, everyone photographed the week the website relaunches instead of across a quarter.
Direction included
Nobody likes being photographed, which is fine, because it is my job to fix that in the five minutes we have. Everyone gets posed and directed; nobody gets handed a number and told to smile. People pick their favorite frame on the spot.
The same station, two habitats
This is the office version of the conference headshot station. Same three-light setup, same instant delivery. If your company also exhibits at conferences, one vendor covers both, with matching results. Recent examples are in the headshots gallery.
Questions, answered
- What should employees wear for corporate headshots?
- Solid colors one shade darker or lighter than your background, no fine stripes or loud patterns, and the jacket they feel best in. I send a one-page prep guide before the session so nobody finds this out at the camera.
- How much do corporate headshots cost?
- Office headshot days are priced by half day ($1,100) or full day ($1,980) rather than per person, which is where per-head studio pricing stops making sense. A half day comfortably covers about 40 to 60 people.
- How long does each person need?
- About five minutes. Enough time for real direction and three or four looks, short enough that managers do not notice the calendar hole.
- Can you match our existing headshots?
- Usually, yes. Send a sample and I will match background, framing and lighting so your new hires do not look like they work at a different company than everyone else on the About page.
- What about new hires after the headshot day?
- Recurring new-hire sessions are the standard follow-on: quarterly or monthly short visits with the identical setup, so the team page stays consistent as you grow.
