Live Delivery

Your keynote, on your feed, before the applause ends

Most photographers deliver in days. I deliver in minutes. With Live Delivery, edited, full-resolution photos flow straight from my camera to your team while the event is still happening: the keynote hits your LinkedIn while the speaker is still on stage, the award moment posts before the winner sits back down.

Here's how it works: as I shoot, every frame transmits wirelessly to an editor who processes and distributes in near-real time. You are not getting rushed phone snaps; you are getting finished, edited photography at social-media speed. It is an uncommon service, and the teams who add it once ask for it by name the next time.

We hired Chris for our San Diego conference. He absolutely blew us away with his talent and professionalism. He was such a great fit for our team and members, we've brought him in to do our regional conferences across the country.

Alana Davis

NAIC

Chris has been a staple of our client and sponsor events since 2011. He's not just a great photographer, he's a great person. His creative discretion continues to impress me years later. He takes initiative and always goes above and beyond our expectations.

Dan Parr

Constellation Brands

He is the only photographer we're interested in working with. No matter how crazy the idea or event, he has always executed his role flawlessly. His attention to detail is unlike anything I've ever seen.

Questions, answered

How much does an event photographer cost in San Diego?
Encore Images publishes San Diego event rates at $1,195 half day and $1,980 full day so marketing teams can budget before the call. For corporate work, expect roughly $250 to $500 per hour from experienced shooters, usually sold in half-day and full-day blocks.
How fast do we get photos after a corporate event?
Curated selects can land the same day, including before a closing recap slide, and the full edited gallery follows inside 48 hours. Need faster? Live Delivery puts edited photos in your team's hands while the session is still running.
What is included in half-day vs full-day coverage?
Half day coverage is $1,195 and full day is $1,980, with multi-day conventions quoted so your budget meeting has a real number. Both include a private online gallery and commercial usage license.
Do you cover the San Diego Convention Center?
Convention Center jobs are routine here, and traveling events are welcome when clients refuse to rebrief a new shooter in every city. EAC credentialing and COI paperwork are handled in-house. At McKesson ideaShare 2022, the headshot station alone put 524 finished headshots through in two days at the SDCC.
How much should a photographer charge for an event?
Enough to cover the two costs clients forget: editing time (typically an hour per hour shot) and the insurance and gear that venue COI requirements make mandatory. Quotes far below market usually mean one of those is missing.
How far in advance should we book?
For San Diego convention season (roughly September through June), 2 to 3 months is comfortable. Short notice is worth asking about anyway; calendars have gaps.
